Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 48 hours return policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

You may still return your product within 48 hours for an exchange or store credit.

The fastest way to make an exchange is to return the item, and once accepted, place a new order for the desired product.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.
